@liquidXTC As far as I can see, it's just a bit of sadism applied to some noncanon puffball-like ponies. Disagreeable, for sure, but hey, there are people like the writer in the fandom. Sad, isn't it? |

Unfrotunately, the majority of fluffy pony stories are similar. Just like a lot of places on the internet, you have to wade through a bunch of terrible shit to get what you want. |

Here, have an adorable one.
>Fluffy Pony wants to play with you >You’ve been working all day (You work at home, you can’t be gone from Fluffy Pony too long) and she looks up at you with big cheerful eyes >You sigh and ruffle her fluffy mane, deciding you should both get some exercise >You take out her red rubber ball, the one she loves so much >You head into the yard (it’s big, enough room to play in and nothing for Fluffy Pony to accidentally fall in) >You toss the ball into the yard >Fluffy Pony instinctively chases after it, yelling “Pway!” >You play a few rounds of catch, laughing and smiling >Each time she brings the ball back, a triumphant look on her face >After one throw, you see the mail truck and go to get your mail >When you return, Fluffy Pony is where you were standing last, on her back >You get closer and see that Fluffy Pony has the ball lodged in her throat, causing her to choke >You quickly apply pressure to her tummy and dislodge the ball >You pat her on the back and wait as she coughs >You finally ask her why she did that >Fluffy Pony looks up at you and says she didn’t know where to put it if you weren’t there |

I love the grimderp ones, but here's an adorable one:
>One day, you are doing some math, either for taxes or college work >Fluffy pony has been quiet, but looking intently at you the whole time >After a while, she asks what numbers are >You’ve never really had to explain it before, but you do so to the best of your abilities >She seems entranced in such a concept and asks how to have power over numbers >You decide to humor her a bit and teach her ‘Mathomancy’, which more or less boils down to simple Arithmetic and Algebra >You give her little sheets full of simple problems to complete every once and a while and tell her to leave it on the counter when she’s done, and if she preformed her ‘spells’ correctly, a treat will appear >You look over the problems while she is asleep, and if she gets enough right, you place a fluffy pony snack on said paper >It’s hard to read her handwriting, and she doesn’t really get treats all that often, but when she does she’s so proud of herself, giggling and cheering and thanking you for teaching her, and that’s all that really matters to you |
