Fronzel: The actual Greek would be 'pegasos'; 'pegasus' is a Latinized form, which was then imported into English.
The actual etymology doesn't matter, though, because everypony knows that the plural of 'pegasus' is 'pegasusususeseses'. |

^^^ The tail isn't considered a limb. Limbs are offshoots of the spinal column, the tail is the final extension of it. |
