We've only ever seen ponies purchasing relatively small things, so only depicting a single unit doesn't not make sense.
Angel has always been a bit of a dick, but it always seemed like he CARED about Fluttershy. He locked her out of her house because she was being stupid, not because he was being mean. I never got the impression that he would bitch slap her if she didn't learn that her place was in his kitchen! Bon Bon, master of voices. She's on, what, her third now? |

There is not enough evidence that most ponies bring wagons to the dump for themselves. When Spike was taking out Rarity's trash, he only had to take out a trash can to the road by her street. That suggests that there is some kind of garbage service, otherwise he would have been taking the garbage to a garbage wagon. |
