Oh come on, everyone knows this would be awesome. It would be a full-blown comedy of errors as the spirit of Nightmare Moon bonds with Derpy, causing some destruction. Twilight would panic and get her friends to get the elements of Harmony. Meanwhile, Nightmare Derp would end up defeating scores of royal guards and even Celestia & Luna- not intentionally but by accident. Just as things have reached their apex, Twilight & Co unleash the Elements of Harmony- but it falls short, for each of the ponies have memories of Derpy, and though she's rather disaster-prone, she's a good and innocent mare, and none of them want to do anything that would harm her. The episode would end on a cliffhanger with Nightmare Derp triumphantly yelling out
"Does this mean I won?" To be continued.... |

Eh, Yena, the EoH would just put her back to regular Derpy, same as they did Luna. From the two times we've seen it used, the EoH don't hurt ponies. |

My theory is it is one huge Banish Evil spell. So it got rid of the spirit that was possessing Luna and feeding on her envy and hate. And since Discord was too powerful to banish it just went for imprisonment. |
