I like season 2, especially the new episode, but I must admit that it is a little lacking in that radiance that S1 had.
There are less than stellar episodes, no show is perfect, and S2 has a bit of fanservice(like Derpy speaking) and I think Angel slapping Fluttershy in the new episode was a little extreme, but overall S2 is almost equally good as S1. Also the animation seems to be getting better as well, and that's always a plus. |

Also this season debuted tons of things such as hospitals, cider, steam-engine, Daring Do, Baby Cakes(an introduction of G4 newborns),etc |

I think people need to stop tossing out "BEST EPISODE EVER" for every single new episode that comes out, but this past one was one of the best of the season. |

What the fuck? Lesson Zero was amazing! One of my favourites episodes of both seasons. And season 2 overall is better (in my opinion) than season 1. |

Season 1 has the amazing plot(no pun intended).
Season 2 is more of a close up understanding of each character. |

I think Luna Eclipsed was best episode.
And it was in Season 2. ERGO Season 2 is awesome even if its less...adventurey than Season 1. Only complaint. |
