I've always thought of them being roughly waist high (at their head, not shoulder), and thus Celestia being about mid-chest high minus horn next to the average man.
So while we'd be to small for an alicorn at this scale, we'd likely be able to work fine for a normal mare. |

I don't like discussing dongs in regard to to ponies, but I like speculating on the size of ponies themselves.
First off, a pony is literally a small horse, legally smaller than 14 hands, which is 4 2/3 feet at the withers. From head to hoof, a pony would probably be no more than 5 and a half feet tall. Now, assuming these are literally "little" ponies, the average pony would be around 3 feet tall, maybe 8 hands high. A pony of Big MacIntosh's size would be roughly 4 feet, and Celestia would be the full 5 feet. Big, but still pony. Now I have no idea how big a horse's dick is, but a pony's would be about half the size. |
