Thats the foal look alike of Derpy seen in the Cutie pox. The origin ranges from Derpy third daughter, Derpy age regression herself, Dinky's not-so twin sister(in this case brother since baby ponies tend to look alike), Or the one I like to use "Derpy caused a time paradox" |
