That's the worst one of the lot. If you have a PSP, there are two WipEout games for that (at about £5 or €8) and WipEout HD/Fury is pretty cheap on PSN as well right now. The mechanics of the games are so tight; I lost so many hours of my life to them. |

I heard there were some framerate issues with Wipeout 2048. If you wan't a good Wipeout game, just buy Wipeout HD, runs at a constant 60 fps. |

Nope. No internal storage, and they didn't even use their own existing Memory Stick Micro (M2) format, instead opting for a proprietary format that's very, very similar to the M2 (but priced a lot higher). Fuck you very much, Sony. |

Just read up on it again, yeah no internal memory but the game cartridges have built in storage function so you 'll be able to save your game and what not. |

#736 You haven't been around very long then. In the 16 bit days, you got nothing, it wasn't until near the end of the generation that they gave you a game and an extra controller? lawl. It wasn't much different when the PS1 and Saturn hit the scene, all you got was a demo, that's it. The PS2, Xbox, and gamecube came with nothing. Hell the PSP didn't even come with a memory card unless you bought the bundle pack. Kids these days. |

^^Early game consoles including the 16 bit era generally came with a pack-in game, 2 controllers, an RF unit and AV jacks.
SNES was first sold bundled with Super Mario World and then later Super Mario World plus Allstars. Genesis had Altered Beast as a pack in game and it was latered changed to Sonic, then to Sonic 2. |

Not all Super Nintendo and Genesis consoles included a game upon purchase. I especially never received AV jacks or a second controller when I was given a Genesis or SNES. I won't deny bundle packs existed but they weren't the norm. |

Sony sells memory cards separetly because they want to focus on digital distribution of games, but had to throw retailers a bone to even get the consoles onto shelves. |
