This is Chinese, not Japanese.
Also, the seller probably just added those Hasbro and My Little Pony logos to the photo to advertise that these are toys of Hasbro's My Little Pony franchise. |

^Well there are japanese who are subbing the series and watching it on Nico Douga...and you would be very surprised how similar they are from the western fandom. |

All MLP merchandise on taobao site are probably leaks from manufactory, since G4 haven't officially released in China.
