Great image, except the text at the top is meaningless. The closest I can see is "La jugement sélénique", which means "the selenium judgment." Go figure.

Whoops, forgot "jument" meant beast. Now it makes more sense.

"Jument" means "mare", and in this case "Séléniaque" is clearly constructed as a reference to "Selene", the Greek mythological counterpart to the roman moon goddess Luna.
