I'm the humongous ass bastard faggot (insert other insults) anon that made all the cheap-ass fluffyshy-abuse picture.
I've used these pictures http://www.ponibooru.org/post/view/94052?search=squeak http://www.ponibooru.org/post/view/133836?search=fluffy http://www.ponibooru.org/post/view/125847?search=foal (of course without any permission) and tacked them together with mspaint, as you can see how low-grade and pixely fluffyshy looks. So if you want to sell t-shirts with that picture, you're better off asking the original artists of those drawings (and Hasbro). Using fluffyshy for other purpose (like making cute d'aaaaw-inducing pictures to counter the weaksauce fluffyshy-abuse pics I upload for example) is okay. But if you want to make money with it, you'll better ask Hasbro and the artists to the pictures I linked. |

The original images have been modified enough that I doubt there will be an issue regarding legality, at least as far as the artist is concerned. Besides, internet, public domain and all that. It would be nice to at least have a source on those fluffy pony images, so I could give some degree of credit. As far as Hasbro is concerned, they usually let us bootleg their stuff, as long as we still have to pay them for the highest quality, like how they responded to people posting episodes on YouTube. Also, I'm only making like $4 per shirt, so I doubt they'll even take notice of my existence. Anyway, shirt's back up. |

feralsocks, are you mental? you cant just decide whether its been changed or not. Also just because the artist put them up, does not mean that you can just use them for free. theres a reason dA comes with licensing laws and creative commons options at the bottom of the upload screen. any commercial usage of an established copyright has to go through the artist.

As per the requests of the actual artist, the shirts have been removed. Art-Anon has been given my most sincere apologies. It was not my intent to offend anyone ore profit off of the labors of others, only to provide a wider variety of selection.
@177 I got these of of Ponibooru. If I had known they had come from DA (No one posted any source), I would have asked the artist in advance. @197 When people have a negative mental image of bronies, I gurantee copyright infringement is the last thing on their minds. Anyway, no shirts were sold of this design, so even if I had been a dick throughout this incident, I have nothing to show for it. |
