Oh, right. Explanation.
This is not an edit of the dog. This was completely built from scratch (aside from the mesh) in 3ds max. It has it's own skeleton and a couple of placeholder animations that I made. This is the result of the behavior file trying to play an animation that isn't compatible with this particular skeleton, but it's fixed now. I will be adding in some sound clips from the show as soon as I figure out how to do so, but right now I'm focusing on just getting it presentable. I've been working on this for a month now with no prior experience in any of Bethesda's previous tools or 3ds max. If all goes well I'll have a working prototype by the end of my spring break, which I will be devoting to working on this. Once I have that, I'll gather some talent together and get to work on rebuilding the models and textures to better suit the art style of the game (right now they just look too out of place) as well as several animators to get working on replacing all the normal npc and pc animations with new, pony compatible animations. That's just the beginning though. Hopefully I'll be able to let players create their own characters if they want to. But yes, I'll have the mane six as presets. |
