The exact question that has been buggin me.
I know I have seen no proof at all that Derpy hasn't been removed from future projects.

Don't bug anyone at DHX or Studio B.

Bug the executives and PR department of Hasbro and possibly some middle managers at iTunes.

Let's wait and make a shitstorm when it is confirmed that Derpy is censored. And when we know who's to blame.

*No recall of DVDs (which would also give Hasbro a shitton of free publicity)

*Episode was left intact on hubworld.com until it rotated out naturally.

*Return of "Derpy" everywhere (welovefine, etc.) except iTunes.

So far, the anecdotal evidence suggests Zombie Steve Jobs is the relevant party in this mess.

Maybe.

We'll know for sure if/when the "improved" episode starts running on The Hub.

Didn't you hear about his FBI file? It was always his way or the highway.
His arrogance will loom over us for a decade.

^Well, that went into the wrong window.

Anyway, Questionmarktarius's evidence points to Apple requesting the change; on the other hand, we have the fact that "The Last Roundup" still hasn't been rerun on the Hub network, and the report that it was Hasbro that pressured WLF to change the names of their Derpy merchandise. Also, at least one person has said they received an email from Apple telling them that Hasbro requested the episode to be pulled from iTunes.

So at this point, whoever you blame, there's inexplicable inconsistencies. I just hope we can agree this time to avoid threats of violence, insults, and vendettas, and focus on politely asking Hasbro to let Derpy continue. Thanking Studio B/DHX and TopDraw would probably be good too.

This. Until we receive oficial word from Hasbro about what really happened, any kind of action will be same as running in circles in the dark.

The point is: We don't know yet. Circumstantial evidence implicates Apple in having something significant to do with the derpy drama, but there's no hard evidence at this point.

Yeah. Wait and see what is up and what the facts are. We can calm down, but we won't forget and hopefully, cooler headed fans can reach out to Apple or whomever is responsible.

For the time being I will direct my hatred leaks towards the omnipresent ghost of Steve Jobs.

"It's only iTunes thus far", essentially, would probably be a better representation of the situation.

We're not going to know for sure unless the episode re-airs.

How the hell would Apple have any say in My Little friggin Pony?

So, I should stay still and stop complaining until the shitstorm goes down and we get hold of actual facts, no wild speculations?

Well, I'll be...
I'll try.
I'll at least stop posting my fears of Derpy removal on every Derpy pic.

I have Time Warner Cable and 'The Last Round Up' is on demand right now with the original Derpy scene. Take that for what you will.

Obviously it will not stop with Itunes.

We know who caused the change, it was FromOneSurvivorToAnother, Yamino and that crowd.
