Oh yeah. I can't believe there are actually people who made such a big deal about Derpy's portrayal. The creators tried to make us HAPPY, and we BLEW WITH HAPPINESS. Then some people complained, and the source of our happiness was modified. And people don't understand we're upset?!
I don't even think the people who complained are actual fans. They MUST be people whe knew Derpy but didn't want her to be canon (probably trolls or "Fans of MLP that don't like the Fanbase"). When they saw the creators giving us satisfaction, the did everything they could to cut this happiness "because the show is not for us". Because if they were actually worried about the negative portrayal of all those things, there would be complaints about them. BUT NO, THEY ONLY COMPLAINED ABOUT DERPY, BECAUSE SHE WAS OUR MASCOT AND THEY DIDN'T WANT US TO BE HAPPY. |
