^ I'll take a stab at it. #01 pony, unless I'm seriously mistaken, is an OC. The only one in the entire picture. Oh, and it is number 1.
The words at top are announcing/celebrating an event. Line/color fill/etc gaps and over-runs. Not trying to be harsh, but just guessing that might be why. |

Mascot or not, many people still don't like OCs. My reasons stand firm. |
