Okay...Season 3 All Fleur episode:
At the opening we find out Fleur de Lis is a rich and somewhat spoilt/sheltered heiress. She still lives with her parents and her only career goal is to be a model. Fleur's father, a successful businesspony, finally gets fed up and gives her an ultimatum; Get a job or move out! To her dismay, Fleur learns that the only job she's qualified to do is minimum wage food service (see pic). Cue slapstick segment where she's subjected to all the indignities of a first job... -Co-workers that hate her (she thinks), -Nightmare customers, -Awful bosses (from her perspective), -Gross duties, -Low pay at the end of the week. Fleur is sure her upper-crust friends have all forgotten her but one day Fancy Pants runs into her (handing out fliers in the Taco costume) and alerts her to a fashion show that needs models. It's the perfect opportunity but she can't get out of work. Resigned to missing out on her big opportunity, Fleur sadly works the late shift until one of her co-workers (who don't hate her after all) asks what's wrong. Now all her new friends and boss (who isn't so awful after all) rush into action to get her to the fashion show in time...and everypony learns a valuable lesson about friendship or some shit. |
