That special was a bit of a let down for me, Matt Smith was great but the young boy had no acting skill even for a child he was bad. |

^ I know, and they had episodes with kid that were really good but that special that boy with acting more wooden then the trees. |

Man did that special blew like the wind. The actress that played the mom sucked, Matt Smith didn't get much time to do anything beyond silly & sad, overall a let down except for the ending with Amy & Rory.
It's like the only way for Doctor Who to do a X-Mas special is to just do a regular episode that just so happen to be set on Christmas or base an episode off of classic story. What's next, "It's a Wonderful TARDIS"? Moffat better not blow the 50th Anniversary. |

"It's a Wonderful TARDIS" ? Wouldn't that be too much like Turn Left? |

So was Sigourney Weaver. |

@hombad26
No, considering Moffat's how DW is going, the Doctor would show someone an alternate universe where said someone doesn't exist via the TARDIS doing some wibbly-wobbly crap. |

It managed to get a slight sob out of me in the end, but true, Moffat's not up to the task.
The daughter, I find, did a rather good job on her part. I read she's a fan candidate for the next companion. |

Don_East, Moffat is a genious. He absolutely will not blow, I know this. I have complete faith in him and so should you. |

@400
Yeah well, "Let's Kill Hitler" blew and Moffat wrote that. |
