That's not how you do it. You don't just cross fade. You have to spend hours showing a long, sad progression of the doctor's previous companions, while the doctor looks on all brooding and emo, until he finally breaks down and regenerates, AND THE ENTIRE TARDIS EXPLODES!!! |
