IIRC what came out of the toy fair mentioned it was 8 ponies with these sort of dresses. Am kind of guessing the other two are Cheerilee and Lily Blossom (Hasbro really likes both, it seems). |

But seriously, I'm certain it has to do with Candence's wedding in the season finale. Either RD and AJ are Shining Armor's "groomsmares" and in tuxes instead, or Hasbro just didn't make toys for them. |

They are attending, though. Applejack has a punch bowl and glasses and Dash has a..uh..picture frame. Of the Mane Six they are the two least likely to want to get dressed up all frilly and be part of a wedding party. |

Yeah AJ and RD aren't the bridesmaid types. They'll have tuxes or be busy doing something else entirely.
Or hell maybe they don't even go to the wedding, strange as it may sound. Also it's weird seeing Pinkie looking comparatively restrained. |
