I thought the whole point of Pony Archive was fans weren't buying their stuff, and just downloading it from there for free? AND there was no external viewership. They leave the ones on youtube alone because they reach a lot more than just bronies. But you would probably have to be a brony to find Pony Archive, so their lawyers can only believe it existed for one thing. PA did no advertising for them, while Youtube is like they get google adsense coverage for FREE. |
