Fans are mad because having this yanked back from them hurts. I admire this animator for coming forward. I still want to hear someone with the responsibility have the guts to come forward and say, "Yes, we did this. We did this for {REASON}. We apologize for taking this away from you, but we felt like it had to be done."
That'd be career suicide for whoever does it, which is why it won't happen. But everything would sit a lot better with me, even if {REASON} is "The Bottom Line". I just want to hear someone responsible for it speak up and set things straight. Instead, we're gonna get silence. |

The subject of the change doesn't matter. What does is the fact that they were hounded bad enough that they went back and changed something to an actual already-aired episode.
