Her eyes are the most trivial change, yet paradoxically the most unacceptable. Derped eyes are literally the reason she still exists...
At least they only changed the iTunes version to please Steve Jobs' ghost; the DVD version will remain completely unmodified |

It's late and I don't have the energy or desire to RAGE. I am filled only with a feeling of emptiness.
Now her eyes are still marginally derped (probably the animators fighting back against Hasbro as much as they can), but it's just not the same. Question is whether Hasbro is going to take it upon themselves to now rewrite history for the entire show from Episode 15 onward (and maybe even Episode 1 just to be "safe"). Farewell, Derpy. It was fun while it lasted. Your fans will miss you. |

@OzarkBrony I think it wasn't the animators fighting bakk, but rather they had to do it hastily and screwed it up when trying to remove the derped eyes completely. |

Wrong. Apple IS known to be REALLY touchy about what they will and won't host, but even they don't have the power to force a total redo of a scene. That's up to Hasbro themselves, and they have obviously lowered the banhammer on Derpy. Apple may have been the ones who complained to Hasbro, but we don't know that. It seems the rumours circulating about putting pressure on WeLoveFine were true after all. In other words, it turns out the worst case scenario (or close to it) really WAS what was going on. |

several folks on the youtube page have said they've downloaded the episode since and it was unaltered. On EQD one or two said the same, one even said "Seth is fucking with us" but there seems to be a good number also saying that they've also downloaded the altered version. Itunes could be fucked up |

It could also matter whether or not people have an iTunes season pass. Commenters on EqD mentioned that if you had the subscription pass thingy, if you emailed Apple and demanded the episode (since you'd already paid for it), they put it in your queue even though it was officially pulled at the time, and it was the unmolested version. |

They oroginally put the prop in the movie, because the character in the movie would be someone to make a sacrilegeous copy of a religious sculture in his "office.") |
