OKAY. holy crap, didn't think that would take this long...
Anyways, a chart I made based off of the things me and Psycho were PMing each other about. Pretty straight forward, characters that are alike are across from each other as you go down. And then of course Hussie and Faust, just 'cause. |

Great choices for most of them. My only complaint would be that aside from Rose - Twilight and Dave - Dash, most of the kids don't seem like a perfect fit, in my opinion. |

^Well if you dumbed down AJ a bit, made Fluttershy more assertive, and made Sweetie Belle start hanging around Berry Punch a lot more, I think they'd be a good enough fit. |

True, but I think I would switch Scoot with Spike. It would mess with the relationship with the pre-scratch kids, but I guess it would make more sense personality wise. Jane - Apple Bloom makes sense. I was probably nitpicking it a bit since I believe that Apple Bloom is the best pony and Jane is the worst kid, but it kind of fit to be honest. |

Yeah, both the felt members 1-7&9-15 and the Trolls I would leave as themselves.
Although if you were to do a fic/rp/comic/whatever of an MLP/HS crossover, I wouldn't have anyone like the Trolls and actually have them go through an unscratchable game. You might allude to the Felt now and then, but like in the main story of HS, they're not really mentioned much and just used in the intermissions. |

If there was 1 change I could make, I'd put pipsqueak as jake, cos' accents, and it'd fit sooooo well, and spike as John, cos that works nicely with them both being a little more naive.
I can't decide whether I like CD-Pinks or Jade-Pink better. Angry Pinkamena'd make a good angry jade. At first I thought "no, Dirk is RD!" but then I thought about it, and realised how bloody perfect that is. |

I think the pre-scratch kids are on, anyways. I think John-Applejack has to do more with them being loyal to their bros than other stuff, personality wise. Jade is a pretty good post-assertive Fluttershy, but some connections are missing.
I thought Jane as Applebloom (naive, yet skeptical) was alright, but the rest...? I mean, why Spike with a mustache? Makes no sense. |
