In some of the universes where humans and ponies coexist, chances are pretty good that the humans are subservient to the ponies. Mainly due to the unicorns' capacities for magic, which are probably a lot stronger than anything we could throw at them. The pegasi could even function as reusable nukes in a war. |

Then there's a universe where the ponies are aware of humans having existed in theirs in the past at some point, and they know most of their technology comes from us and they (even the princesses) revere, respect, and even slightly fear us for even the few fragments of our times that survived till theirs.
And then there's an alteration for each of us (one where it's me, one where it's you) where we end up in this universe, the ponies find a human in the flesh sexily irresistible beyond belief, and have our pick of which ponies we want in our herd. These views of ponies towards humans are my headcanon. |

More to the point, an infinite number of universes does not mean that everything happens in one of them. "You can have an infinite number of apples without having any oranges," as SJGames' multiverse setting "Infinite Worlds" puts it.
The quantum-mechanical many-worlds theory posits that everything *does* happen, but people are still a little acked about how this proliferates universes, so it's not firmly accepted. |
