I think this drawing is supposed to represent the plight of the working class.
The severed head of the most "capitalist" pony on the show is a clear indication of the beheading of royalty during the peasant inspired French Revolution. The harsh language and critique of the internet is aimed not at shaming but rather motivating people to become more involved in civil discourse and to view things in a more refined yet utilitarian light.
