PowerToole, it was about impossible to find a picture of a Japanese Shoolgirl that was not porn, cosplay, or some fake fantasy. This was the closest I had in mind. Beside, this came from a Fox News article about how a Japanese class is learning English with a DS.

It's not just "she like to study". It's also hair hairstyle and her general behavior pattern. Japanese students are so hellbent on performance it's almost scary. Like some Anon said, putting one of the mane six black for political correctness purpose IS offensive. None of the mane six feel black. I thought about RD being black but I can bet my ass that someone would have complained about "all the best athletes are blacks" or something. |

^ There's more than being "black". Black is Amerian Niggah (the hip-pop Harlem yo cliché kind). Black is Haitian, Jamaican or tribal African. The Blacks have an accent, a way of speaking, and their own multiple subcultures. Why? Like any race or cultural group, they tend to stay together, marry each-others and live as a closed community. That's why a black person will almost always have that "black" feel. Listen to the radio. 90% of the time, you can tell if the one talking is black or not. "Black" run deeper than the color of the skin. I know some black peoples on my local Québécois TV that feel not black at all. They act, talk, and feel 100% Québécois. Same thing with some Asians or others. Tl;dr None of the mane six act or sound "black". And I mean, ANY kind of black. So by default, their human race go with the majority from where the show was created, meaning white countries. Twilight is Asian because it feel her character and mannerism so well. You have the right to not agree. So, which of the mane six feel "black" to you and why? The "why" part is important to answer. |
