^ Well if its Ciaphas Cain, he doesn't (often) shoot people for insubordination.
He just threatens to do so when necessary and is otherwise fair with his soldiers (because he's a dirty coward and wants more human shields between him and what ever scary is trying to get to him. Also less chance of said human shields shooting you in the back) |

^But he has shown genuine heroism. Like taking on Veran one on one in Cain's Last Stand. Granted, he did so because Veran was like those WOLOLO monks and placing other between him and Veran gave Veran a new ally, and he had Jurgen on his side. |
