It is now my headcanon that Celestia has a Royal Medical Team made up of pony versions of Black Jack, House, Bones McCoy, and the Medic.
Black Jack: Going by the tests and her previous medical history, I'd gander that the patient has lupus. House: That'd be a great diagnosis if you weren't an idiot. Black Jack: Look, Bones will back me up on this, right Bones? McCoy: Dammit Black Jack, I'm a doctor not a mediator. Medic: Gentlemen, why are we still arguing ze diagnosis?
