I was thinking of the sitcom "As Time Goes By."
An old book-writer, and an old secretary cross paths, and recognize each other. They once had a small romance during their stint in the Korean War. He was a soldier, and she was a nurse who cared for his sprained ankle. A lost letter separated them. Now, reunited, they both have adventures of him trying to sell his book, about his post-war life as a coffee farmer in Kenya. You ought to watch it, it's funny, albeit dry. It stars Dame Judi Dench in one of her best roles. |
