The writers said Prime would explore what it means to be a Prime, so I wouldn't be surprised if he never regains his memories and starts from scratch, but still becomes the hero he is known to be.
That, or he turns into Scourge and everyone is fucked sideways. |

I really hope Prime!Optimus doesn't get his memories back, simply because I feel a hero trying to live up to the standard set by his all-knowing pre-amnesiac self is too good a plot hook to use up and very original in terms of transformers. |
