What you see at the top is Ross's work. At the bottom, in an attempt to understand Ross's style, I redrew his humanizations -- not to presume I was making them better, rather just to see how I would draw them.
It was an artistic exercise, and an interesting challenge to put my own interpretation in without completely straying from the forms Ross had established. |

I actually think the top ones are decently done. The only problems for me are that Aj's grin looks kinda creepy and Rarity's mouth looks a bit muddled up. And I know mouths are a total bitch to draw. Along with hands. |

Just because you can't drop your pants and do whatever equivelant of masturbation or have a good laugh whilst looking at something doesn't mean that it's bad...
I mean good on Ross for trying and I know I'd have difficulty with those facial expressoins... Though I have to admit a few look plain ridiculous *cough* rarityandrainbow *cough* and a few could do with more work *cough* twiandaj *cough* other than that I gues they work... Even if Shy is a giant. And then o'course The Weaver can be trusted to draw them in the starkers... Good on you hahaha! |
