1. A lot of people like memes. "Memes - BAD(VERY BAD)" is an opinion. o-pin-ion (noun): a personal view, attitude, or appraisal. 2. SOPA and PIPA have nothing to do with memes. If passed, the bills would most likely ignore them entirely, and proceed to censor all your favorite sites instead. |
