I still think the Zecora spot is debatable, honestly.

Oh yeah. I forgot about Zecora's birthday in this episode. I suppose that's justified.
Also, in hindsight, I don't think the visit to the big city (such as Manehattan or Fillydelphia) counts. And no, Canterlot does not count as a big city. |

We learned a lot about Zecora this season. We discovered that she is capable of creating some ghastly illusions during Nightmare Night. We learn that she can make potions that can put dentists out of business. And now we know that her birthday is right next to Cheerilee's. I think we are more than able to cross her box out. |

A donkey is not a pony, it is equine, yes, but it is a totally different species.
Mule's are a hybrid of Pony and Donkey, there is a difference. |

Draconequuses (draconequi?) don't count as a new species of pony? He did say, "I don't turn ponies to stone." Unless you follow the headcannon that the statues in Celestia's garden are all ponies that have been turned to stone, he obviously considers himself a pony.

But a pegasus, or a unicorn, which was never written to have a pony form, counts as a pony. Derpy would be proud. |
