A little history for those who haven't been on 4chan.
On April 1 2005, moot rolled out a furry board on 4chan. Everyone assumed it was a prank for April Fool's Day, and that the board would be gone the next day, due to 4chan being the internet epicenter of anti-furry sentiment. To everyone's surprise, the board was still there on April 2. The day after that, the board was deleted and every user who had posted in it--even if they had posted anti-furry comments--were all auto-banned. You ignore history at your own peril. |
