No copyright issue would exist.
The copyright for Scootaloo is the name of a pony. The copyright for Scootaloo is the name of a chicken sandwich. I don't think there's going to be any trouble, unless they count the dialogue of a show to be included in the copyright claim. |

The thing is the Scootaloo didn't win so it is not going to be sold over here. It made it to the final round with the best 20 or so burgers but since only 5 of them get sold it didn't make it. Just some idiot burgers won |
