I think she's like the Kandra from Mistborn.
The slime is her. The bones just help her stand up straight and move. Taking away the bones would just leave her a gooey mush that can sorta undulate in any given direction. Killing her would probably require you to freeze / burn the slime or have it dropped into a chemical that could dissolve it somehow. Then again I know not much on Cteno sooo you must find someone who enjoys both ponies and jelly. Can't think of a soul. |

Possible central nervous system in the skull. Possiblity of slime absorbing impact and an unknown level of healing factor. Her tail could be used as a shield. Melee with a slime creature is not recommended. My analysis: hi-impact focused on the skull from an explosive or a large blunt weapon, Amour-piercing ammo like 5.7mm or .50A.E., her slime dissolve in water so use a water jet cutter (from magic or technology), hi-temperature incendiary weapons like thermite, rocket fuelled or plasma flamethrower, magic/direct-energy beams would work the best. Now if you want a non-lethal takedown Ice spells/liquid-nitrogen will do.
