The uploaders are underappreciated. That includes Anonymous as well. |
| Blissful_Dreams #1015312 5 months ago |
Only o=in rare circumstances is this pic correct. |
| The_Baron #1015313 5 months ago |
@Jackarunda
I uploaded it and felt popular because of all the faves. Very naive of me... |
| Xaxidoro #1015327 5 months ago |
Sarcasm or not, it wouldn't be wrong saying that someponies become popular if they get many favorites. |
| Hazama #1015352 5 months ago |
I'm guilty of this. |
| Blaze-Bolt #1015367 5 months ago |
"Oh nevermind, it's just Roboshi" |
| Jackarunda #1015377 5 months ago |
Actually, it's gotten to the point where it's like you expect the PFC to fave your image and if they don't you're picture is abominable and you should feel bad. |
| phallen1 #1015421 5 months ago |
This is part of the reason I don't upload my own work here. It'd seem like I'm being an attention whore, and setting myself up for disappointment. |
| Wafflecannon #1015423 5 months ago |
I don't think I've ever got more than 12 favorites on anything I've done. After subtracting the normal "fave everything" crew that leaves me with no more than 7 or 8 favorites from people who genuinely enjoyed my drawings.
It can get really depressing sometimes. |
| Vree #1015507 5 months ago |
Pfffff.
Is anyone actually doing this, measuring themselves by the number of faves/comments they've got? On the internet? On -Ponibooru-? |
| ace #1015606 5 months ago |
Sometimes people just like to have a reaction, just like a troll, only good. With the ever increasing # of art posted on the net though, it's getting hard to get a response anymore. I feel the number of faves decreasing, even on the more detailed works. |
| Verbose #1015858 5 months ago |
@Vree When you have little going for you, you take what credit you can get. Even if it's not credit.
I admit, I feel good when people like what I upload, because that's something they enjoying seeing. It's good to contribute. But I prefer to think of myself as a name you've seen before once or twice. I don't need pony art being made of me from being that popular. |
| Verbose #1015864 5 months ago |
Let me rephrase, I don't want any pony art... |
| Anonymous #1016727 5 months ago |
This picture needs fruit salad. |
| shdow #1016747 5 months ago |
actually it feels kinda good |
| TheLoneLampman #1017147 5 months ago |
Agreed on so much of this.
Since I only post my works on Ponibooru, that is the only feedback I have to work with. I'm thankful for faves and any/all comments left to me, though usually it's very very few. |
| Anonymous #1017158 5 months ago |
I like your art, lampman. |
| TheLoneLampman #1017309 5 months ago |
Aww, sweet. Thanks a bunch! :)
(Spoiler: New art piece coming soon) |
| Vree #1022098 5 months ago |
^You should definitely open a DeviantArt account. I enjoy Ponibooru but I think it's easy for pics to pass unnoticed simply because of the daily number of new ones. |
