To be honest I find furries friendlier. That's the 'mane' difference between bronies and furries. But then again bronies can be very friendly as well. |

Well, I think the reason why some bronies think ponies are more okay than furries would be that the cartoon ponies resemble something natural, while the "furries" are a weird cross between two things resulting in something horribly un-natural looking thing. |

I think the debate is over what is anthromorphic and how far it needs to go to become furry. Because there's a general opinion of "anthromorphized is okay, but furry is terrible". I imagine people's perception of "furry" is just "anthro" taken way too fucking far. But, your mileage may vary. Me? I think everyone is a fucking hypocrite, including myself. I despise furries, but I admit to enjoying the very rare occasional furry pic, provided it is very well-done artistically and doesn't contain some sick-fuck fetish. I'll dabble a little in the taboo, but some shit goes waaaaaaay too far, and that seems to be the modus operandi of most furries. There's a reason they're starting to call "furry" the "catch-all fetish". |

The argument falls flat on most pony porn coming from the furry sites in the first place.
If there is a separation between cartoon animal/anthro like the person who made this states, it exists within the furry community, not here. I don't know why I even comment on this, I filter all porn content. |

I'm going to call a bit of bullshit on that particular point. The fetishes you see in the furry fandom are far and away not exclusive to that fandom. It's also not the "modus operandi" of the furry fandom, porn makers or not. also, there's a damn sizable amount of furry art that is safe, more so even than porn from what I've noticed. Also, OP mad. |
