Fine, here's the short version.
The Rainbow Factory is where pegasi who fail their flight test end up to be crushed so that the spectra from which rainbows are made of can be harvested from their pulp. RD is in charge of the place. Scoots ends up there. |

meh, after reading it, I didn't find it nearly as scary as it was hyped to be, or maybe I've just been blunted from all the years of looking up other grimdark things...
