I think it's the eyes, but Soarin looks a little on the female side here.

It's the whole face, different eyes would change nothing. In real life men have different facial proportions them women, this seems to have missed that. Other then that it's good. But a women with a beard does not a man make. |

It's a really nice picture. Apart from what the guys above have said, I have one thing to add, and that is that I really don't see Dash really wanting to wear lipstick, even for the gala.
