^I suppose you mean official support. The cutoff date is a lot more like "fukk it, we can't help you if you're going to live over a decade in the past, we've got better shit to deal with" than a "oh yeah your OS is still good".
XP is only staying around because it ended up being sandwiched between two horribly buggy Windows releases, and the one after it was simply fixed into being another full release. |
