Special is good (particularly the un-edited fan translations). In fact, I prefer the way it depicts the Pokemon World over the games. |

The manga is how the anime SHOULD have been, but wasn't, the manga's great, but I recommend reading on manga websites. As for the outfit I think it's Dawns, but the hat looks like Hildas. |

Oh, and official American releases have the Rivals name as "Blue" since that was the secondary version we got, while in Japan, green was the secondary version, so that was the rivals name in Japan |

Twilight's outfit seems to be a composite of Leaf/Green(the skirt), Lyra(stockings), May(shirt), Dawn(the v-neck vest thingy), and White(hair, hat). |
