Ah, Doraemon, back when you could show naked girls on TV and no one gave a fuck, and you didn't have to wait for the DVD to have the fog removed. |

Wrong anime. This is "Dokonjo Gaeru", a 1970s show about a boy who with a talking frog on his shirt.
The style is pretty similar, but Doraemon was aimed at grade school kids, while "Dokonjo" is aimed at teens. The show was decidedly more rowdy. |
