@Lium: Pinkamena targets her friends FIRST in most versions of the "killer Pinkamena" variation. I severely doubt she'd leave her family out of it.
Given she lived out in the middle of nowhere, it strikes me as most likely she'd slaughter her sisters and parents first before striking out onto the road to Ponyville. |

Because she is a crazy Sadist that gets off on their pain from betrayal. Also she blames them for not coming to her Parties. At least that is how the original interpretation of Serial Killer Pinkamena acted.
