I am SO going to by 5 of those Nightmare Moon dolls if they make them. Hopefully they'll do the eyes right..... Could it possibly be that Hasbro is convinced that Bronies/pegasisters are, in fact, a viable market? Or did they get enough requests from the target demographic to go with more show characters? |

Okay Folks, has ANYPONY verified that is in fact Trixie?
I was actually kinda comfortable in the knowledge that no one but bronies actually cared about Trixie and she would not return in any new episodes, it kinda keeps her out of the main stream and blah blah... But. Someponyelse had already mentioned that toy in particular could in fact be a Luna... If I zoom in on the pic, I can _BARELY_ see what could be her cutie mark, and she does NOT seem to have any wings.... But still, with her mane flowing over her cutie mark and obscuring her back, there is still some room for doubt what pony she is......... Has there been any offical press release from Hasbro that they will be selling a Trixie toy? |

@YenaMuffin The smartest thing Hasbro could ever do when it comes to selling products and dealing with the Brony movement, is to make their products clear in what is meant for children, and what is meant for grown... adul... errr bronies.
If this brony thing continues for years to come, and I will be patient to see just how long MLP FIM is popular with people over 13, trends come and go, etc. The worst thing Hasbro could ever do, is loose focus on MLP as a children product, and give in too much to the brony craze. That is one reason why I got a lot of mixed feelings and bad vibes when the show started show casing Derpy more and more, and then when Derpy broke up town hall, I just knew they pushed her too far. I love Derpy, and I think Derpy should be Derpy, but I think they may given in a bit too much to the fans. Any how, I am starting to rant, I am just worried how the MLP FIM trend may be getting too strong, Hasbro needs to be careful. |

Ping Chan, Hasbro is doing what Hasbro should have done from the start, offering characters actually from the show. Not just recolors with fluffy names. And it's not just for us. If a little girl watches Zecora or Trixie, why wouldn't she want a Zecora or Trixie? Thank you Hasbro. |

Alright so it really is a Trixie. A part of me kinda does want to see Trixie return in the show. But I'm still not very happy with the direction the show is heading ...
I'm just worried either the show will give in too much the fans and loose focus. That or the show will give in too much to Hasbro as a marketing tool for their toys ... Ugh, I'm trying my best to keep positive about this show but little things are starting to get to me... |

Trixie has such a cute character design, it actually surprises me that they haven't made of a toy of her yet if for no other reason than because I think little girls would like her. Same goes for Zecora, who is a very unique looking character that definitely stands out on a shelf. |
