Furthermore, what would/does/should an 11-year-old act like? And would that even matter? He's a hateful bigot, to be sure, but he's hardly a threat or anything. On the flip side, he probably wouldn't listen to anything approaching reason, so that's likely out of the question and not what I'm suggesting, anyhow. My point is, provided he's not lying about his age or trolling or anything, he's young and relatively dumb, not to mention he's not likely mature enough yet to appreciate anything on a level we do. Calling for some moral crusade against him like we did Wes is entirely pointless, not to mention the inexact parallels one tries to draw by calling him "Wesdaaman's little brother". (But I'm sure everyone will ignore me and carry on regardless, so, whatever.)

^ An 11 year old, first of all, is not allowed on most sites of the internet (with the exception of Nick Jr., and things like The Hub which have parental supervision). It's the COPPA law. Secondly, an 11 year old is usually in elementary school/early middle school. You figure out how they should behave. And yes, it matters. His age is no excuse for his behavior whatsoever. I don't suggest we 'crusade' against him, as some people might be wanting to do.

Precedent weighs too heavily in this matter.
