No, they were just saying that it was possible that the nurse pony could be a recolor-base for a future model of a grown up Sweetie Belle. And knowing how much the creators like to reuse bases and pony models and clones, it might be more likely than we think... Though I'm still skeptical about this new ep and it's time shenanigans... |

Theres only a limited amount of Colour schemes and hairstyles the animators use you know?
Just stop relating ponies with a similar colour scheme or hair base. |
