TBH Sonic enjoyed most of those adventures (despite what most of us think about them)
Sonic 06 would be a proof that he is lying because he died impaled by some sort of crystal in that game (and I'm not sure he would put that as part of a great future) but he doesn't remember anything of that... |

The ending of Sonic 06 retconned out the entire storyline of the game because the past was changed, so there's no reason Sonic would remember it. The game was nothing but a waste of time, both literally and figuratively. |

At the end of 06 he showed signs of still having memory of the events.
He probably got over the whole "dying" thing. Sonic is chill as fuck so he probably enjoyed all of his adventures. From a story standpoint, he has a pretty awesome life when you think about it. |

The only Sonic games I've managed to play that stand out in my mind as "just BAD" are Adventure and Adventure 2: Battle, and yet I still mostly enjoyed those. While the supremely gimmicky ones like The Secret Rings are definitely floating at the bottom of my tier list, I can't bring myself to say they don't each have their redeeming charms.
Also, I think Shadow is a pretty cool guy. eh shoots and curses and doesn't afraid of anything. |
