Look again, she's scooting on the ground. Her feet are touching the ground at all times. Also, if she could fly, why wouldn't she just fly to pick up the cloud in H&H? We've seen younger fillies than her fly, I think Scootaloo is handicapped. |

Scootaloo can't fly, we know this from H&H. Other fillies her age can fly, we know this from EoH part 2. Even babies can fly I think Scootaloo might be handicapped (or the producers might just not think about flying) |

^^ Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy hang out with the mane cast just fine. Seriously, not only has Scoots never been shown to fly, she HAS been shown to NOT fly where flying would be an obvious choice. This episode is the best example, because the CMC need to build a pony totem to get to a cloud.
I think there's strong evidence that Scootaloo really is handicapped. And y'know what? That's just fine. There's nothing wrong with that. If it's actually intentional, then I give huge brownie points to the whomever took the risk to include it. |
