FluttershyxBig Mac is a fan ship with no real support by the creators of the show. You could probably compare it to ZukoxKatara ship from Avatar (if you were in that fandom). |

At least Zuko and Katara had an episode together and they did interact. They even tag teamed to fight Azula together. But Fluttershy and BM have never even really talked to each other on screen. |

I can certainly understand why the Fluttermac ship is so popular, despite having absolutely no basis in canon (seriously, they've never even shared a conversation); they seem like they'd be compatible.
What I can't understand is why all these "fans" are so butthurt about the upcoming episode. Seriously, it's just a kid's show; they should really just relax. TL;DR - I like this macro. |

I don't really care who wins/won, but part of the problem was a combination of
-Butthurt Fluttermaccers going berserk and -Asshole Cheerimaccers repeatedly declaring "HERP A DERP U NOT CANNON ANEHMOAR HURR HURR DURR" even though the episode wasn't even out yet. A perfect example of why you should never take shipping so seriously. |

I don't get it, why are so many people mad about it? So someone likes something different then you, we get a lot of that in this fandom. I personally don't see Mac and Cherilee as a canon couple now, however I do agree that (by canon standards) it is more likely than FlutterMac

Yeah, it's weird. Every single time I hear more people complaining about shippers (or someone else) than I see any shippers (or someone else) actually do anything. I don't say #&@ people who get themselves worked up on the show because I don't see them, I say #&@ the people playing police. |
